The food was delicious and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the location was quiet and peaceful, away from the main road, perfect for a good rest. the spa and wellness center provided a great relaxing experience.

The location was not very convenient, as it required a car to move around. the price of the hotel was quite steep and some extra charges, such as for the safe and phone calls, were not appreciated.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Carlos and Mr. Levanty. Excellent service overall. Beautifully clean rooms with wonderful views. Delicious and varied food. Lovely spa facilities and great location for skiing.

Absolutely loved our Xmas break! The food was exceptional, from morning to night we were able to indulge in delicious cuisine, with fresh fruit and pastry available at every meal. The location was perfect, nestled in the heart of the valley, allowing us to enjoy a calm and beautiful setting with easy access to the ski area. We were blown away by the attentive service, with friendly staff on hand to fulfill our every request. The fitness room was a bonus, equipped with all we needed to keep up with our workouts.

While our stay was amazing, there were a couple of things we were not fans of. the cigarette smoke that carried over into some of the communal areas was quite unpleasant, especially during meal times.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect, nestled in a narrow valley on the outskirts of the ski area. The Schönleitenbahn gondola is just a short walk away, making it incredibly easy to hit the slopes and enjoy a day of skiing. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff that went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room amenities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. From the ironing facilities to the tea and coffee facilities, mini-bar, and turndown service, we felt truly pampered. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a sitting area and dressing area that added an extra touch of luxury. The in-room safe and Wi-Fi were also valuable features that enhanced our stay.

In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel. The location, service, and room amenities were all outstanding.
